Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is based on a discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain and emotional issues.

Simply stated, EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren’t necessary. Instead, well established energy meridian points are stimulated by tapping on them.

“The cause of all negative emotions is a
disruption in the body’s energy system.”

EFT Shortcut Version

This EFT Shortcut Version I have developed to offer a simple tool which can be applied almost immediately without having to spend many hours learning a complex technique.
Compared to the original teachings of Gary Craig, in this EFT version we only work with 2 points, focusing on the two primary negative feelings, Fear or Anger, and then tap on either point accordingly.
